This is a corporate welfare initiative that aims to help work-life balance. CSM GROUP employees can donate their vacation and leave hours to colleagues who need time for important family needs. We have also doubled the time available to the employee who is facing hardship.

Internal and external communication and awareness play a crucial role in promoting initiatives aimed at sustainability. We therefore involve managers, staff and partners in reviewing quality policies and implementing practices that reduce our ecological impact.
